My stay at Entes Paramount in Istanbul was truly great, largely thanks to the exceptional service provided by the manager CÜNEYD DOĞU. Receptionists ONUR HAYIR & HASBI OZDEMIR were friendly and always helpful! Additionally, the room service provided by GULDANE DEMIR & MEDINE CELIK, was great. They ensured that our rooms were always clean . Overall, the dedication of the staff at Entes Paramount made our visit to Istanbul a great experience, and I highly recommend this place for its outstanding service. The location is convenient, providing easy access to Istiklal Avenue and convenient connections to public transportation or taxi services.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience wasn't good at all. While the staff was polite enough, the customer service was just okay. However, my biggest issue was with the cleanliness of the rooms. The floors were dirty and sticky, walls stained, cigarette burns everywhere, bed frames are old and filthy. I couldn't find any other accommodation on my first night so I stuck with this place. I slept dressed and wrapped my pillow with a towel to avoid contacts with anything. at around 10:30 I started hearing music and chairs moving from up above, I called the front desk to complain and he informed me that it's the Tavern upstairs and it's not part of the hotel. He also said that the noise will continue all night and immediately offered me another room in a lower level. After getting to the new room I went to the bathroom to get a towel to cover my pillow, the towel was wet. The next morning I found a place near by, got my stuff and left even though I had paid for 2 nights. Additionally, the online pictures of the hotel are heavily photoshopped to make it appear nicer than it actually is. While this hotel may be an option for those on a tight budget, I would suggest being aware of the reality of the accommodations before making a decision to stay here. If you are looking for a clean and comfortable stay, this may not be the place for you. I am attaching my own pictures with no use of any special filters or photoshop for all to see.

After unforeseen circumstances forced us to leave our Turkish friends' home and seek alternative accommodation we returned to Entes Apart Hotel as it is well known to us. It is a typical single-width, narrow, deep, Istanbul apartment building that originally had larger one-bedroom units converted into a small (12 "room" I believe) hotel with 24-hour desk service, secure entry and daily housekeeping. Sort of a whole building airBnB from before there was any such thing.... Our last stay was a few years ago and it is as nice and clean as ever. I believe the bathrooms were recently and very nicely renovated as the grout, shower, vanity, etc. are utterly gleaming. The "rooms" are large with very useful furnishings, abundant storage, very comfortable bedding and fully equipped (to include basic cooking essentials) kitchens. There is an elevator. Most apartments will sleep a family of four or five with reasonable comfort and privacy. The radiators have TRVs (thermostatic radiator valves) so heating is fully adjustable in each room and very comfortable. A/C is via a "minisplit" unit. Interior layout and size of the apartments varies slightly and those with more "open" plans will probably be more comfortable when A/C is in use while those with a completely separate bedroom will have more privacy for families. Value is superb! The location is truly excellent both for first-time tourists and repeat visitors to the city. Taksim Square and its huge metro and bus stations are about three minute walk. Istiklal Caddesi (the long pedestrian street that many call "Taksim") is one block over. The location is quiet because there is no vehicle traffic and little foot traffic on the very narrow streets both in front of and behind the hotel. As the street at the front is only one block long it's only a very short walk with your baggage to the hotel from where a taxi will drop you off. Have your driver telephone the hotel for directions as there's only one good way to approach. There are a couple nice, inexpensive Turkish restaurants within steps of the front door. Within two blocks there is a quick shop, barber and other restaurants/cafes. If you want a very nice, very clean, fully self-catering place in a super location with a low price and rooms far larger than typical for standard hotels with rooms multiple times the price then you have found where to stay!

· Amazing Apart-hotel. extremely clean. The manager speaks very good english, and he's got very good knowledge about tourism in Istambul and so on. Location is superb, only 1 min walk to Istiklal street, and also very close to Taksim square. Only 10 min walk from HAVAIST the shuttle bus terminal with has a direct service from Taksim square to Istanbul new airport. Definitely I'll be back on my next visit to the Beautiful "ISTANBUL"

I've been to Istanbul several times, I always booked an apartment or a private apartment, but this place was the best. I booked 3 nights in this apartment, but stayed 7 nights. The location was superb, 1-2 min walk to Istiklal street, but still a quiet place. The area around the hotel is very clean and cozy. Spacious apartment with good facilities. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend to everyone, you will not be disappointed. When I go to Istanbul, I'm sure I'm staying here. I found the most suitable accommodation for me. Thanks for the pleasant time we spent in this apartment.
